Whether you are walking, running or skating, building strength in your legs is super important. Our legs keep us moving all day long, so giving your lower half a little bit of attention is a great way to say thanks to the muscles that propel us forward.
When we think of working out our legs, the first thing that comes to mind usually is cardio. While running and biking are great ways to get your heart rate pumping, a solid leg day dedicated to strength training is one way Disney On Ice athletes make sure they are show ready. This routine was designed for all fitness levels, so go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need it. For those of you who are more advanced, add more reps to make it more intense.
