How long is the show?

Disney On Ice productions vary in length, but they average between one hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission.

Does Disney On Ice features any special effects during the show?

As part of the magical experience, several Disney On Ice shows feature special effects, including a safe theatrical fog, strobe lights and dazzling special effects. We recommend contacting Customer Service for specific details about the show you are attending.

What should I wear to the show?

We suggest you dress comfortably. Practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the layout and steps at a venue. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Our events are a casual, family-oriented experience. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use discretion and common sense.

 

Inappropriate Attire

Feld Entertainment and its affiliates reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests. Attire that is not appropriate and which may result in refusal of admittance includes but is not limited to:

 

  • Costumes and costume masks, which may not be worn by Guests 14 years of age or older
  • Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
  • Excessively torn clothing
  • As stated above, clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
  • Clothing that touches or drags on the ground
  • Obscene or profanity tattoos

 

Costumes are not permitted for guests 14 years and older.

 

For Guests 14 Years of Age or Under:

Costumes may be worn according to these guidelines. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from the show, unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards:

 

  • All guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests.
  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
  • Costumes may not contain any props or accessories that resemble or could be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike or injure another guest.
  • Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.
  • Costumes may not drag or trail on the ground.
  • Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist.
  • Themed T-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts and hats are acceptable.
Can I bring a camera?

Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture your friends and family enjoying the show! Please note, professional photography and videotaping are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the show. Camera policies differ from venue to venue so be sure to check your local venue’s policy. Unless otherwise indicated, all in-show content is copyrighted by Feld Entertainment and/or its licensors, all rights reserved. No footage of our events, either still image or video, may be used for any purpose other than personal use. Therefore, reproduction, modification or retransmission in any form, by any means, for reasons other than personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Please note that publicly posting, uploading or sharing online, including, without limitation, on social media, is not a permitted personal use.

Which personal items/types of bags are allowed into the arena or stadium?

Please contact your local arena or stadium’s Customer Relations team regarding their policies. Our shows follow their guidelines regarding items allowed into the complex. If they, by chance, direct you back to us, please review their policies online or ask them about the items in question.

What do I do if I have COVID or wellness-related questions?

Guest health and safety remains a top priority for Disney On Ice and our venue partners. Please monitor the “Venue Info” links on your event page for venue policies, including health and safety protocols, which are subject to change. You can also contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

Do you offer character Meet & Greets?

During select tours, Disney On Ice guests are invited to enhance their show tickets with a preshow Character Experience that includes a dance party, crafting, and interactive time with select characters. Each guest, ages 2 & up, must each purchase and present an experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Why isn’t my city on your performance schedule?

We try our best to perform in as many cities as possible over the course of any given year, and we vary our tour routes from time to time.  For the most up-to-date schedule information, visit us here. Please note that this site displays confirmed performance dates only—new cities are being added to our show schedules on a regular basis.

When is Disney On Ice coming to my city?

How can I purchase show souvenirs other than at Disney On Ice?

Disney On Ice merchandise and memorabilia are only available for purchase at the show or in the lobby before the show begins.

TICKETS
How can I purchase tickets?

Click here and use the search function to locate a Disney On Ice show in your area. Enter your zip code, or select the appropriate country or show from the drop down menu. Then find the show in your area, and click on “Click for Showtimes” or “Buy Tickets Now” for all the specific information you need to order tickets. You may also contact your local ticket agency (e.g. Ticketmaster or Tickets.com) or their outlets, or visit the arena box office. To purchase tickets the day of the event, please go directly to the arena box office.

At what age does a child require a ticket?

All children two years and older must have a ticket. Children under two years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.  However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.

Do you offer any special ticket pricing for large groups?

Group tickets are available in select markets. Check availability by going to our Schedule & Tickets page to find the show happening near you and look for the “Group Sales” section for details on who to contact.

What if we have tickets and are not able to attend?

Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and refunds may be available, as necessary. Events that are cancelled without being rescheduled are eligible for a ticket refund. Many ticket sellers such as www.Ticketmaster.com allow fans to sell their tickets to other fans who can attend. Insurance on tickets may also be available at the time of purchase and we recommend that you contact your ticket seller to confirm insurance was added to your online ticket order so they may better assist.

I am buying tickets and Experiences as a gift for my family and I won't be attending, is it possible to transfer tickets to my family?

We recommend contacting the ticket seller you purchased from to better assist with your online ticket and experience transfer of tickets.
