  • And during the average career of a 冰上迪士尼 skater, on average, a professional skater will travel over 280,000 miles! 
  • Professional skater Isao Matsuura holds the record for longest time on a single 冰上迪士尼 show. He is still performing and to date has logged 6,269 performances.  
  • 冰上迪士尼 skaters have performed for more than 320 million guests throughout 68 countries in more than 545 cities and 40 languages since the show first opened in 1981.

  • 冰上迪士尼 is the largest employer of professional figure skaters in the world, representing 48 countries over the past 40 years.  
  • Two-time World Champion, Four-Time U.S. Champion and Olympic Medalist Linda Fratianne was a featured skater in the inaugural production of 冰上迪士尼 and throughout the first 10 years. 
  • The family that skates together stays together… the Santee Family has a legacy of skating with 冰上迪士尼. Mom Jamie Lynn started skating in the very first production of 冰上迪士尼 in 1981 (Disney World On Ice) and Dad Jimmie joined in 1983 with Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom on Ice.  Fast forward more than 3 decades later and their children, Ryan, Sarah and Jessie are all now skating professionally with 冰上迪士尼.  
  • 冰上迪士尼 counts over 50 former Olympians and Olympic hopefuls in both lead and ensemble roles. 冰上迪士尼 gives these former competitors the opportunity to continue displaying, perfecting and refining their unique skills. This time though they’ve traded in being scored by judges to impressing and bringing smiles to families around the world. 
  • Each 冰上迪士尼 tour has a team of choreographers and directors with serious industry cred. Veteran Choreographer Cindy Stuart worked as a choreographer on nearly 20 冰上迪士尼 productions.  Her additional choreography credits include creating routines for two-time Olympic Gold medalist Katarina Witt, Olympic Bronze medalist Joannie Rochette, World and Olympic Champions Xue Shen and Hongbo Zhao, Olympic Champions Jamie Salé and David Pelletier and 2022 Olympian Alysa Liu.
