Celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Disney On Ice proudly honors the incredible individuals who bring magic to life both on and off the ice. This month, we celebrate breaking barriers, honoring traditions and inspiring the next generation. Disney On Ice is proud to recognize and celebrate the passion and talent of those who are skating towards their dreams.
Samantha Lew, Disney On Ice Skater
Samantha Lew began skating at just 9 years old and in 2021, she proudly joined the cast of Disney On Ice. Performing with Disney On Ice has allowed her to inspire future skaters and help make their dreams come true, something she treasures. Samantha draws strength from her Chinese-American heritage, with the values of hard work, perseverance and community guiding her journey on the ice. During AAPI Heritage Month and beyond, she hopes to show the next generation of AAPI skaters that embracing who you are can lead to extraordinary achievements.
