Frequently asked questions
About the shows
Doors open an hour before the start of the show.
The show lasts for approx. two hours, with a 15-minute interval in the middle.
Our shows are designed to be enjoyed from every seat! They aren’t performed to a particular side or angle.
The temperature in the arena is typically a few degrees cooler than outside, so we suggest that our guests wear a light jumper/jacket. We ask that you wear family-appropriate attire to the show, and to be aware that we do not permit over 14s to wear costumes as this can confuse younger children.
Still cameras are permitted, provided that they are non-professional cameras and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras are allowed in the arena, except mobile phones. Digital camera policies are different from arena to arena, so if you have concerns please contact the specific arena in your area to verify policy details.
Footage of the shows is not available to be viewed online. However, the tour visits multiple cities so hopefully we will see you at another show!
The safety of our customers, crew and performers is our top priority. We work closely with the venues and our partners to ensure all involved with Disney On Ice are comfortable and safe.

Disney On Ice is a family event suitable for all ages! Although toddlers may not understand the concept of the show, the colours and characters can be healthy for development and the songs and characters will entertain them throughout the show.
