Frequently Asked Questions

We suggest you dress comfortably. Practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the layout and steps at a venue. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Our events are a casual, family-oriented experience. Disney on Ice
During select tours, Disney On Ice guests are invited to enhance their show tickets with a preshow Character Experience that includes a dance party, crafting, and interactive time with select characters. Each guest, ages 2 & up, must each purchase and present an experience ticket and a Disney On Ice show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult. For more information and availability, visit your local event information page.
We try our best to perform in as many cities as possible over the course of any given year, and we vary our tour routes from time to time. For the most up-to-date schedule information, visit us here. Please note that this site displays confirmed performance dates only—new cities are being added to our show schedules on a regular basis.
You can enter your zip code here to see if any of the shows are coming to your city. New cities and dates are being added all the time so be sure to continue to check for updates!
Click here and use the search function to locate a Disney On Ice show in your area. Enter your zip code, or select the appropriate country or show from the drop down menu. Then find the show in your area, and click on “Click for Showtimes” or “Buy Tickets Now” for all the specific information you need to order tickets. You may also contact your local ticket agency (e.g. Ticketmaster or Tickets.com) or their outlets, or visit the arena box office. To purchase tickets the day of the event, please go directly to the arena box office.
All children two years and older must have a ticket. Children under two years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, public event laws vary nationwide from county to county, and some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. Please contact your local arena to confirm their specific policy.
Group tickets are available in select markets. Check availability by going to our Schedule & Tickets page to find the show happening near you and look for the “Group Sales” section for details on who to contact.
Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and refunds may be available, as necessary. Events that are cancelled without being rescheduled are eligible for a ticket refund. Many ticket sellers such as www.Ticketmaster.com allow fans to sell their tickets to other fans who can attend. Insurance on tickets may also be available at the time of purchase and we recommend that you contact your ticket seller to confirm insurance was added to your online ticket order so they may better assist.
We recommend contacting the ticket seller you purchased from to better assist with your online ticket and experience transfer of tickets.
