Security at our venues
The safety of our performers, crew and customers is our top priority. We work closely with the venues and our partners to ensure all involved with Disney On Ice are comfortable and safe.
Please check your local venue website for security information and updated policies.
Is the arena easily accessible for visitors with mobility difficulties and/or accessibility needs?
Please contact your local venue as they can provide you with information about accessibility as information may differ.
What is the best way to dress for a Disney On Ice show?
We suggest you dress comfortably. The temperature in the arena is typically 10+ degrees cooler than outside, so a light sweater/jacket might be needed. Also, practical shoes are recommended to safely navigate the steps in the arena. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. All of our shows offer a casual, family-oriented environment. Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin or body that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment will not be permitted. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense. Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted. If you have any further questions please contact us at [email protected].

When is Disney On Ice coming to my city?
New dates may be added so be sure to continue our Disney On Ice Facebook page to check for updates.
Why isn’t my city on your performance schedule?
We try our best to perform in as many cities as possible over the course of any given year, and we vary our tour routes from time to time. Unfortunately, changes in routing sometimes make it impossible to get to cities in which we have previously played. For the most up-to-date schedule information, please continue to check this page. Please note that this site displays confirmed performance dates only—new dates and cities can be added at a later time.
How can I purchase tickets?
Please see the Schedule and Tickets section of this website for more information on how to buy tickets in advance of the show. To purchase tickets the day of the event, please go directly to the arena box office.
FELD Entertainment advises customers to not purchase tickets from fan resale sites or secondary ticketing sites, as we cannot guarantee the tickets are valid. Always go to www.disneyoniceme.com direct, or to one of our approved partners, for best availability and guaranteed valid tickets.
Do you offer any special ticket pricing for large groups?
For group tickets please contact your local ticket vendor.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant child who will sit on my lap for the entire show?
For most venues, children under 2 are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Please check your nearest venue for final confirmation.
What is the running time of the show?
Disney On Ice productions vary in length, but they average between 1.5 hours to 2 hours. This includes a 15-20 minute intermission.
Do you offer special ticket pricing for children?
Please refer to your nearest venue for more details on family-friendly pricing opportunities.
Are cameras allowed in the arena?
Still cameras are permitted, provided that they are non-professional cameras and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras of any kind are allowed in the arena. Digital camera policies are different from arena to arena, so if you have concerns, please contact the specific arena in your area to verify policy details.

No, unfortunately Disney On Ice merchandise is only available at the shows.
Are there any Meet & Greets available?
From time to time, we offer public meet and greets through competitions, which will be advertised as such. If there aren’t any meet and greets planned in your area, we hope you will enjoy seeing the Disney characters at the show.
Can my children spend time on the ice with the characters?
Disney On Ice does not sell tickets to get on the ice with the characters. The experience is reserved for select groups, usually charities or through exclusive competitions. Some Disney On Ice shows do have interactive audience moments, however these children are either chosen at random at the show or at random through various competitions.
